I was just using the Furminator brush on Mr T. It works very well, maybe even better than the excellent Bamboo comb. He likes getting brushed, perhaps too much. Actually what happens is the brushing really riles him up and he wants to start play-fighting before you are done brushing. From time to time, I like to enjoy a snack of Wheat Thins and Philadelphia Cream Cheese. They make a great pairing but the only hassle is that my cat Mister Tickles gets crazy when he smells the cream cheese. I started on Tuesday by meeting with a Realtor, we looked at the MLS listings and identified a dozen or so houses which seemed to fit my parameters. I was really concerned that I would have more cavities when I went to the dentist yesterday, but I didn't! My new dentist is very nice, he cleaned my teeth personally (no hygienist) and did a great job. He even managed to polish away the discoloration around the roots of my teeth where my gums have receded a bit and told me that it wasn't decay, ( Read more... )

I tried the canned octopus last night. I expected it to be gelatinous and slimey, like spaghetti-tentacles in a snot gravy -- but in fact it was in fleshy (somewhat chewy) chunks.
